Mens Training Times

  • Tuesdays – 8 for 8:30 until 10:00– PL, PLR, PB and Metro
  • Wednesdays – 6:50 for 7:00 until 8:00 – PC, PE and PF
  • Thursdays – 7 for 7:30 Until 8:30 – PL, PLR and PB

Womens Training Times

  • Tuesday: 7:00 – 8:30pm PL, PLR and Pennant A
  • Wednesday 7-8 pm Pennant C, E, Metro and Masters
  • Thursdays 8:30 – 10:00 pm PL & PLR and Pennant A
