KBH Brumbies offers over 45, 50 & 60 year old members the opportunity to participate in Monday and/or Wednesday night competitions, and Open age members the opportunity to play competition hockey on Monday nights. People regularly find that playing hockey during the week complements what they like to do on weekends and it suits their modern lifestyle. If that sounds like you then read on and register with us. Brumbies men’s masters currently offer:

  • 1 x Over 35 team playing in HV Mondays night eastern suburbs competitions
  • 3 x Over 45 teams playing in HV Mondays night eastern suburbs competitions
  • 2 x Over 50 teams playing in HV Wednesday night competitions in eastern suburbs competitions
  • 1 x Over 60 team playing HV Wednesday night compeititons.


Eligibility is based on your age as at 31st December 2020. Women comfortable playing higher intensity hockey than usually encountered in women’s masters competitions are also welcome to participate in men’s masters teams.


Register online now for winter season to be eligible for your place in the team appropriate to your aspirations and capabilities. Complete registration and pay HV & Club fees to qualify for participation in weekly training, competition match selection, club news, invites to social events, season entry to State Hockey and Netball Centre and HV insurance cover and discounts at sponsors businesses. Note that for those who do not play, the Social membership option includes a one off payment multiple entry and saves you money compared to having to pay each time you enter the SHNC. Once registered contact your team manager will send you an invitation for you to be included in a mobile phone app with team communications, forward planning and reminders.

Access Hockey Victoria Fixtures from the link on KBH Brumbies home page and select KBH Brumbies club and the applicable grade competition.


Summer masters is played from late October on Monday nights – new players are always welcome.
